Micro copper part seam welding with CCD alignment
Copper part inner diameter 0.26–0.29 mm, allowed variation 0.01–0.02 mm. The upper screen shows the magnified CCD image; after the crosshair is aligned, the software welds a straight seam between the set start and end points. QCW pulsed spot welding of overlapping copper strips
QCW quasi-continuous fiber laser welding with millisecond pulses and low heat input — suited to 0.1–0.8 mm thin parts, sensors and medical precision components. Related: QCW Laser Spot Welder
Fine tube cutting: notches, side holes and cut-to-length (0.2–14 mm)

Six-axis robot laser welding workstation
A robot carries the laser welding head to weld complex parts from several angles, and the cell can be integrated into an automated line. Related: Robotic Welding Workstation
Five-axis laser welding: AI server galvanized steel parts, two stations
2 mm galvanized steel parts for AI servers. The fixture clamps automatically and both sides are welded in turn on alternating stations; vision recognizes part features and guides the weld position and path.
Laser cleaning of weld spatter on a tank girth weld
The part turns once on a rotary table while the laser removes spatter and oxide from the weld and both sides — no grinding, no pickling. Rust, oil and oxide layers can also be removed. Related: Pulse Laser Cleaning Machine
FPC flexible circuit laser cleaning
Non-contact surface treatment for flexible circuits in consumer and automotive electronics. Cleaning results and any effect on the base material are confirmed by testing your material.
UV large-format laser scribing with vision alignment
Software links the processing template, vision positioning and the laser. The process was evaluated for heating panels with 14 mm line spacing and 1 mm line width.
